Tai Chi is a gentle exercise for the mind and body.
It is a whole mind-body exercise for balance, flexibility and relaxation.
With regular practice, it is an effective means to improve overall mental and physical health.
New Beginners Tai Chi Class starting September 21
Mondays 7:30pm to 9pm
Patrick Leung, our lead instructor in the GTA, will teach the class. He learned his teaching techniques directly from the late Master Moy.
Former students of Master Moy’s Tai Chi style are welcome to join as well. Our continuing class meets at the same time.
